About Me: The Human Behind the Console

Hi! I’m Ramtin Rahmani Nejad, and I’ve been living and breathing IT since 2006.

I’m not a fan of pretending everything is perfect. I’ve faced plenty of technical setbacks over the years, but I see them as the best teachers. When a network goes down or a script breaks, I’m the guy who loses track of time (and meals) until it’s fixed. For me, it’s about that “aha!” moment when a complex puzzle finally clicks—it makes every late night worth it.

My Background

My career has been a journey through high-stakes environments. Throughout my career, I’ve held various technical roles, including managing IT infrastructure for Air Arabia and serving as the IT Manager for the Denmark and India Embassies Visa centers in Iran. Along the way, I’ve collaborated with technical teams across France, the UAE, and Turkey.

I’m also a certified MikroTik Consultant, a DevOps enthusiast (since 2021), and the author of two books on Linux Server Management & Security. Whether it’s Python scripts or complex routing, I love building things that make life easier for other admins.

NetAdminPlus & NetAdminHub

I’ve spent years building NetAdminPlus, a Farsi-language community and YouTube channel. Now, NetAdminHub is my English-speaking home. It’s where I share my “battle-tested” scripts and simple tutorials to help the global community manage infrastructure without the headache.

Beyond the Rack

When I step away from the terminal, I’m usually on my bicycle to “reboot” my system and clear my head for the next challenge.

I’m not a “guru”—just a guy who loves tech and believes that the best way to learn is by doing (and then teaching).
